From the way it looked, it seemed more like pseudoptosis, but the director said it was true ptosis, so I’m a bit conflicted... The director had a lot of experience, and the manager also seemed to know a lot, maybe because they had been there a long time. The two of them even overlapped in wording while explaining things, and the manager stayed beside me during the consultation with the director, so they seemed very serious. Of course, the director clearly knew more, and even wrote things down on paper while explaining, so I thought the professionalism was very good. A friend said they had good results, so I went, but even if a friend had good results from eye correction, canthal widening, and double eyelid surgery, there’s no guarantee I’d turn out the same way. So I decided to get diagnosed for ptosis at several ophthalmology clinics first and then make my final decision. I spent nearly an hour in consultation with manager + director + manager again, and at the end the manager was trying to book surgery for literally the very next day based on today’s date, which made me think, okay, that’s a bit much... and I went home.
