First of all, the consultation was very thorough and kind. There was no pressure, and after seeing my face they explained everything in detail about what kind of surgery it would be, which I liked. That made me trust them a lot, and the price range was fairly high too, so I agonized over whether to do it there. But in the end, the reviews weren't the design I was aiming for, so I had it done somewhere else.
