The consultation was really kind and thorough, and they even drew pictures while explaining with great enthusiasm! I visited because I also wanted to treat my rhinitis, and it gave me much more confidence knowing that an ENT specialist was the one examining me! Their YouTube channel also explains things in detail, so if you're planning to get a procedure here, I think it would be very helpful to check it out!
