I went for under-eye fat grafting, but they also recommended under-eye fat repositioning. Both the doctor and the consultation manager seemed to just state the facts without any pressure. The doctor looked a bit bothered and unmotivated. The cost was more expensive than I expected, so I think I need to think about it.
