I went through a lot of trouble to get a consultation, but in the end, was it really necessary to call me in just to say they couldn’t do the surgery? I went after seeing a review from someone who had lower eyelid surgery, but they said I couldn’t because I’d already had lower eyelid surgery. I had already told them over the phone during the consultation, so it just wasted my time. The staff were also chatting away while I was the only one there, and it felt like they were busier talking than working.
