The consultant was the kindest person there, I think. I went after seeing reviews saying the doctor talks fast, and he really did talk fast and seemed extremely busy, like he had come straight out of surgery. He explained what kinds of surgeries were possible and what the result would be, then answered a few questions and that was it. He seemed so rushed that if you don't prepare questions in advance, you won't even get to ask what you want to ask... After the doctor's consultation, the consultant drew pictures and explained things well, such as how much bruising I would have after surgery, which I liked.
