The doctor was kind. However, the consultation was a little different from what I had heard from other hospitals, so I didn’t make a final decision. When I went in the morning, there was no waiting. Still, among the hospitals I visited, the manager was the most rude. They explained the event price and same-day reservation price in a messy way, so I asked again, and they said things like, ‘It’s written right here.’ They had written the paper so unclearly that I was only asking again because I couldn’t make it out... That also affected my trust in the clinic.
