The doctor understood my needs well and answered everything I asked. In other hospitals, a lot of doctors seem like they want to finish quickly, but not here. (It might have been less busy because it was late December, though.) The director only explained the prices. It was a hospital I was looking forward to because it seemed like the doctor would operate in the direction I wanted.
