Compared with the hospitals I had been to before, the director explained everything in great detail. He looked at my nose condition well, told me why it had become this way, and when I asked how the surgery would be done if I went ahead, I got a clear answer, which was nice. The manager and staff were kind, and they listened to all my concerns, so I came away feeling comfortable. I had such a satisfying consultation that I'm keeping my final choice in mind.. ! Thank you.
