I do not understand why there is a consultation fee here in the first place, and I feel that makes it hard to get in. Maybe because they work alone, I do not know, but since I am paying money, being kind is obviously expected, yet I feel like it would have been better not to have that fee at all. The person getting the consultation is also spending time and energy to come here.
