After my first surgery, the nose I had imagined was nothing like it, and no one could tell I’d had my nose done. I shaved down the hump and raised it, and all I heard was, 'Why does your nose look bigger now?' Then because of cartilage resorption, there was a dent and a hollow on the bridge of my nose, and even the director seemed to think, 'No, this isn’t right.' Their aesthetic sense really seems solid. But after consulting at several other clinics while shopping around before revision surgery, I felt pretty devastated by the hopeless future where even a revision wouldn’t improve things much. Still, I emphasized, 'Just make it as short and slim as possible!!' and they seemed to understand perfectly. After the swelling went down, I’m very satisfied. I think it’s the best nose that could come out of my nose, so honestly I regretted the first surgery, but I’m satisfied after the revision. And during the revision they also did nasal bridge narrowing, which seems like a big deal too. I should have done it from the first surgery. The cost of the bridge narrowing alone was 200 extra, so the additional price is definitely high. But looking at the director’s career, it’s understandable. I admit both the skill and the aesthetic sense.
