It's been about 4 years since the surgery. My nasal condition wasn't very good, but I think they made it as pretty as possible with the limits of my nose. So far there have been no major problems, and since they raised it fairly high, my airway did become a bit narrower so it was somewhat uncomfortable, but I've gotten used to it now and it's fine. People I know who had it done elsewhere had their nasal tips drop quickly, but mine is still holding up very firmly. If I were to have revision surgery again
