I went for a rhinoplasty consultation 3 years ago. I wanted a refined look, but when I actually consulted, it seemed like the director's aesthetic leaned even more toward a glamorous style than I had expected. To be honest, looking at the surgery reviews, there was something like a glamorous feeling?? But there were also refined looks mixed in that were the kind of look I wanted, so I went for the consultation. Even though it was my first surgery, they recommended using costal cartilage If they had not recommended that, I might have had surgery here?? Anyway, I was in the middle of the consultation
