I had my first surgery 2 years ago. A friend had it there, so I followed and did it too, but because my nose tip sagged and the bridge between my eyes was too high with silicone, I'm planning a revision at another hospital. For reference, my friend's nose turned out well, so I guess it really depends on the person. At the time of surgery, they used silicone 3 (carving) + ear cartilage + finishing refinement, and the price was in the low 2 million won range, but I'm not exactly sure. The high bridge between the eyes probably happened because I had a hump nose to begin with, so although they used low silicone (I should have gone without an implant ㅠ), because the bridge was high, the nose tip using ear cartilage seems to have lacked support and drooped..ㅠ At the time of surgery, the director seemed to prioritize naturalness and safety, and didn't additionally push anything. What was disappointing was that when I asked questions, there were no clear answers and everything always felt kind of vague. I recently went back for a consultation while looking into revision surgery, and these days I heard they also use not only ear cartilage but also septal cartilage or costal cartilage! If I do revision, they said it would be donated costal cartilage + silicone + further refinement, but I don't want to use donated costal cartilage, so I passed.
