It was doctor consultation first, then director consultation. During the doctor consultation, the doctor seemed to have a pretty firm style of his own, so I was hesitant to say what image I wanted. He didn't understand the image I wanted very well, but he did say he could do it the way I wanted. In fact, I was much more satisfied and felt more confident after the director consultation than after the doctor consultation. There was no pressure to book, and he said I could come back for another consultation to fine-tune the design with the doctor. I'm considering surgery, but I'm not sure whether I can get the shape and height I want.
