The manager was super kind and spoke very professionally. The director asked what I wanted, accepted my opinion, and seemed to pursue a natural look, so I felt like I could trust them and basically decided to have the surgery here. It was my first time at a plastic surgery clinic, so I was nervous, but this was the first clinic I went to and I felt reassured.
