I had my first double eyelid surgery here when I was in high school. Instead of eye muscle correction, they suggested forehead Botox, and I wanted a very thin double eyelid but they said it wouldn't work, so I asked them to make it as thin as possible. The result was thicker than I expected, and I had eyes that needed eye muscle correction, but at the time I didn't know anything and just got double eyelid surgery, so my sleepy eyes were not improved. Still, the double eyelid line was not to my taste because I like thin lines, but it was still decent. I later found out that this was the director's usual style: recommending forehead Botox instead of eye muscle correction and not really doing very thin lines. For people who don't have ptosis and don't like very thin lines, I would recommend it.
