I only had a consultation, I didn't book surgery. Since it was my first consultation with a plastic surgery clinic, I was nervous and couldn't ask questions well, but it seems like to be satisfied with the consultation you need to prepare your questions well. It felt less like the doctor was proactively explaining things and more like they just answered my questions and that was it. They only shaped the line with a toothpick 2 or 3 times and that was the end of it. There was no explanation for why this method was recommended. In the consultation with the manager, I felt there was pressure to leave a review and book on the same day in exchange for a discount, and I felt there was pressure to do both, and the deposit was non-refundable (10% of the surgery cost).
