When I first went, the manager was incredibly kind and it surprised me. And since it was my second time going for a consultation, she did look down on the other clinic a bit while asking the usual mandatory question of where else I had consulted... saying things like, "Isn't that a factory-style clinic too?" I did think, isn't this place also a factory-style clinic?...lol The doctor's consultation was okay. As soon as I sat down, they asked about the line once and then quickly set it up, but it was fine. Their style seems to be that they make the line exactly if you say what you want. Otherwise they seem to get impatient... lol That was me. They set the line and answered my questions well, so the consultation with the doctor was good. But it seems like it's like that everywhere: if you make a same-day reservation, they offer a huge discount. Here, they also said they'd give a special deal if I contacted them within the day, so that part was nice. But while I was going around to other consultations, they called me and started saying things like how the other clinic's doctor was just some specialist and so on...??? So I said I'd think about it for now and hung up, but then they sent me a really long text message. The content was basically just trashing that clinic and saying their doctor had almost 20 years of experience as an eye specialist, so I should come here... lol Even during the call their attitude changed completely, and I think the doctor would have been fine, but I got so irritated that I just decided not to do it lol.. Why are they like this seriously Anyway, the doctor wasn't bad... I was worried about waiting because it was peak season, but I waited less than 10 minutes!
