I only talked with the manager for over an hour. She gave a detailed consultation and was extremely kind. She even brought up specific other hospitals and compared them, trying to promote our hospital as better. When I asked if I wanted to consult with the doctor, she said she could arrange it if I wanted, so of course I said yes and had a consultation with the doctor, but now I understand why they say there was no real consultation with the doctor. He looked quite old and his pronunciation was unclear, so I couldn’t really understand what he was saying.. He seemed to have long experience, but the hospital facilities also looked a bit old, and the consultation area was just separated by partition walls, so soundproofing was bad and the place felt messy.
