I had liposuction there 10 years ago, and even after the swelling went down, it was asymmetrical. The hospital's stance was that time would heal it. I was scared to have surgery again, so I decided to wait and didn't complain, but even 10 years later it's still just as asymmetrical, and my weight hasn't changed; it's stayed at about the same level as back then. Right now my weight is within 1 kg of what it was at the time of surgery, but the shape of the liposuction area is still that one side is sunken and the other side is protruding. Haha.. I rationalized it by telling myself that as long as I don't wear a swimsuit, it's fine. The result is disappointing.
