The director seemed quite old, but that matched the fact that he had a lot of experience. Looking at the before-and-after photos, it was not bone-level, but it seemed safe. There was CCTV in the consultation room, and even though I had underwear on, I had to take my top off, so that felt a bit uncomfortable, but the walls were not fully separated, so I could hear the noise from nearby equipment and other sounds. The consultation manager was kind and explained things well. During the consultation with the director, he looked at body fat and body weight and said I was too fat lol, and that I needed to lose weight.
