I went in for a full-face fat grafting consultation. The clinic said they couldn't do just the first round; I had to pay for up to the second round at once. Even if I don't end up doing the second round later, it seems like it would be hard to get the money back. Well, the price including the second round wasn't insanely expensive, and I understand it given the nature of the surgery (fat grafting is a procedure you need multiple times anyway..) But having to get the second round within 3 months after the first round feels a bit burdensome. And there were definitely a lot of foreign patients, either waiting or having surgery.. The doctor was kind too, but he looked extremely busy.
