I had fat removed from the side of my cheeks, but they removed too much for my face shape, which caused hollow cheeks and even adhesion. When I asked about aftercare, they only said it was fine, so I went to another hospital and got fat grafting. It never fully returned to how it was, so I really regret having the surgery. The doctor was kind and nice. Their reviews were good too, so I trusted them and went, but there are ruined cases like mine too, so I hope you take that into account when deciding. The hospital location and facilities were good. I also had one aftercare visit. The scar does remain white. It does not disappear.
