No scars at all, and only the cheeks lost fat naturally. If I did not say anything, people around me would not know I had facial fat removal. Please remove just the right amount so it looks like I simply lost weight and the cheek hollows do not end up with a peanut-face shape.. I am so, so satisfied and wish I had done it sooner... The surgery time was short too, and I had tried so many procedures for my cheeks, but I should have just gotten facial fat removal from the start. I live far away, so I did the surgery as a day trip and took the train back down, and honestly it was totally doable haha. My face also
