I made the reservation by calling 40 times right at 10:00 a.m. one month before the appointment. I had seen a lot of comments saying they were unfriendly, so I was nervous, but they were not especially kind or warm, and they also were not unfriendly at all. They were just like a doctor, I guess? At other consultations I went to, they only told me where to set the line and what surgery to do, but Director Shim explained my eye structure and features first, then in detail what surgery to do and what side effects there could be, so among the hospitals I’ve been to, this one feels the most trustworthy. The consultation fee was free, and I think even if you are not necessarily planning to have surgery, just the consultation alone gives you a lot to take away. The only downside is that for a first surgery, the price is high?
