I wanted an in-out line, but it ended up as a sausage out-line. They had me put on a headband and open and close my eyes, but they kept sighing that I had had too many surgeries at such a young age. It felt less like they thought I was pathetic and more like they felt sorry for me. I had seen a lot of reviews saying they were unfriendly, so I was very tense, but they just kept drawing on paper and explaining the current state of my eyes. They said the line would only be lowered by 1 mm, and below that, with an in-out line
