There were a lot of comments in the reviews saying Director Kim Dahan was cold, but he was kinder than I expected! I think I waited about 15 to 25 minutes. I could see the coordinator as soon as I arrived at the hospital, but maybe because the director had a surgery schedule, there was a bit of a wait When he came in for the consultation, he asked if I had the eyes I wanted, and if I showed him an image, he reflected my needs well!! I think he prefers a natural look rather than a flashy one! He tried about 3 or 4 different lines, and he doesn’t recommend things that aren’t necessary. The coordinator explains everything one by one so thoroughly that you don’t even need to ask! The only thing is that there is a slight push for same-day booking..?
