I waited about 40 minutes for the consultation, it was really a long wait. The consultation went in the order of manager > doctor > manager. When I first consulted with the manager, they asked more detailed questions than other hospitals. I was recommended partial-incision double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, and fat grafting for the eye area. With a referral discount from an acquaintance, the estimate seemed a bit cheaper. The director explained my eyes in great detail and was very thorough. He was a bit blunt, but he did have some professionalism. Still, the consultation manager was somehow kind of rude It felt like she wasn't even listening to me? It feels like this is the first time I've ever thought a consultation manager was rude.
