I felt that despite his years of experience, he spoke in a younger way than I expected. He answered my questions well throughout the consultation. I was a little disappointed that the consultation went ahead without a CT scan, and he said the surgery would focus on the septum, but when I had a CT scan at another hospital, I was told my septum was small, so I worry that if I had only booked based on the consultation, they might have ended up using ear cartilage or another area on the day of surgery. He also mentioned donated dermis, and since I would rather not use foreign material if possible, that part made me a little hesitant.
