First of all, this was the most expensive hospital out of all the ones I consulted! Other reviews said it was in the late 4 million won range, but my nose is small so I think there was an extra charge (first surgery). At other hospitals too, they told me there would be an extra 1 million won for a small nose. During the consultation, the doctor explained that after doing double jaw surgery and noses at another hospital, he opened his own clinic and now only does noses. It hasn’t quite been 10 years since he opened. My nose is extremely low and really small, so they said no hospital would make a dramatic difference and the limit was low. Among them, one hospital said they would do it with autologous dermis. So I asked about autologous dermis too, but because of my nose’s characteristics plus my skin’s characteristics, they said even with silicone it would be hard to raise it well, and autologous dermis would be absorbed more easily the more firm the skin is, so they did not recommend it. Especially for a first surgery, they recommended against autologous dermis even more strongly.
