I went for a nose surgery consultation. Because there was a consultation fee, they explained things in great detail, and whenever I asked questions they answered everything. It was my first nose surgery, and I visited because I thought a revision-specialist hospital would prioritize safety more. As expected, they didn't force any unnecessary surgery and matched me to a safe method, which I liked. I thought I needed more time to decide on surgery, so I didn't make a reservation. All the hospital staff were kind, and it was nice that I could go in at my reserved time.
