I went up from Busan to get a consultation. My schedule with another hospital I had been looking forward to got messed up, so I asked if it was possible to come earlier, and it was. Since it was a weekday, it felt a bit quiet, and the consultation manager was kind while the doctor was just average. They showed me before-and-after photos well during the consultation. But when I asked if my nose being a little upturned might mean contracture, they answered vaguely, saying they weren't sure. As an ENT specialist, I also got a separate quote for functional nose surgery. More than aesthetics, it seemed like structural improvement and nose improvement?? If you're hoping for a dramatic effect, I wouldn't recommend it. I do recommend functional improvement.
