First of all, they said there was a surgery CCTV installed, and that if I wanted, I could watch it live. They said the nose tip material would be septal cartilage, and if that was not enough, ear cartilage would be used. What was disappointing was that I also wanted correction of the nasolabial angle, but when I asked separately about that, they didn't really say much about it! And they edited the before-and-after photos to show me, but wow, the artificial feeling was stronger than I expected, so I was a little surprised. The natural-looking
