Compared with another clinic where, during a nose exam, they just slid a tool from the desk into my nostril, at Migo the nasal forceps and cotton swabs were individually packaged, which slightly increased my trust,, I was thinking of a natural revision with no implants, so I got a plan for silicone removal + reuse of the septum to reinforce the deviation + harvesting ear cartilage for the bridge and tip. They clearly told me what could be done and what couldn't, and also pointed out issues that could become problems during surgery, which I appreciated.
