I had surgery about 17 years ago, so I don't remember the exact cost, but I do remember paying a lot. The doctor was a friend, so he explained everything very kindly. I think I was also after a very stable style, so I wanted something natural rather than flashy. It was my first nose surgery, so I was nervous, but he did a good job, and I lived for 17 years without any side effects! Still, it was so natural that I felt a bit disappointed. And because it was an old hospital, it was systematic.
