As for the doctor, unlike other people's reviews, they weren't extremely friendly, but they answered everything I asked very carefully and kept asking if I had any more questions. When you go for a consultation, they show photos of cases similar to yours, but unlike the reviews saying they show many examples, they only showed 1-2 cases similar to mine, probably because there weren't many. The hospital was small and cozy, and on the quiet side, so because of that I didn't have to wait long and could go in right away or within 10 minutes. The staff at the desk were kind, and as for the consultation manager, I couldn't meet them because of circumstances at the time and only had a phone consultation, but over the phone they were fairly kind. I saw quite a few reviews here saying the doctor and manager were rude or, to put it extremely, not good at all, but I don't think they were rude; more like plain and matter-of-fact, maybe?
