I got a consultation at Seo Sang-woo Plastic Surgery because the tip of my nose and the columella were crooked. The hospital is exactly the size of a private clinic and not big. They suggested removing the septal cartilage currently in my nasal tip and rebuilding the columella with ear cartilage or my existing septal cartilage. But because my face is asymmetrical, I asked whether making the columella straight might make it look even more crooked from the front, and they only said that part was my choice and didn't clearly guide me in any direction. Overall, they explained the surgical methods, but they didn't give a definitive answer about the outcome, so it felt a bit ambiguous.
