They took notes carefully and gave me realistic advice. They said a bulbous nose can't be fixed with silicone removal alone, and that silicone is needed. They told me first to ask about anything I was curious about, so I was able to ask comfortably. They said that if the deviated septum doesn't cause functional problems, then the correction surgery doesn't have to be done. I went there because of long-standing silicone sagging, but they said there might not be a big difference before and after, so I'm hesitating. I liked that they didn't push too much. Other people said they showed a lot of before-and-after photos before surgery, and I wanted to see that too, but I barely got to see any. That part was a little disappointing.
