I visited because of volume loss in my cheeks and between my eyebrows, and the manager said my cheeks had lost a lot of volume so they recommended 3cc and also botox for the glabella and forehead, so I decided to go ahead with the procedure feeling good. During the first treatment, the representative director did it personally and said one side was a little insufficient because the cheek volume loss was severe. But they didn’t even ask whether they should add more and just finished it there. (That part annoyed me a bit.) Still, one cheek was a little fuller, so I set up another appointment and went again. Someone else did the procedure then, and they made my cheeks uneven and my under-eyes were bruised, blue, and swollen so I couldn’t really check well, so I went home first. Once the swelling went down, my cheeks were uneven, so I came back again, and the representative director said sorry and would dissolve it and redo it. But I had already paid the extra 1cc cost again, and since I had even taken leave from work, I said it felt unfair, so they suggested adding some filler to the chin too. I paid more and got that done too. Because they didn’t add extra to the cheeks during the first treatment, I ended up coming back two more times.
