VAT was separate, and as soon as I got there they applied numbing cream and gave me Botox, and it was over quickly. The pain was bearable. Since it was an assembly-line style clinic, it finished really fast. Compared with a board-certified dermatologist, it was different, but I thought it was cheap, so I didn't have big expectations The effect is not bad.
