This was my first Botox procedure. I had severe frown lines, so I only got glabella Botox, and I just went in and out after being taken straight in without any consultation in a factory-like atmosphere. Before the procedure, I paid first, and I had booked domestic Botox, but at the time of payment they suddenly charged me the imported Botox price without asking, which startled me. When I said to charge me again as domestic Botox, they did fix it, but I wondered if they had tried to overcharge me on purpose.. maybe because they were busy.. Anyway, the staff's kindness was disappointing, and I also didn't even hear who the doctor was who did the Botox procedure, but I was satisfied with the effect.. The doctor was fine too, even though I only met them very briefly..
