Patient review of Itcheubi (잇츠비) · 2026-01-30

I had my first surgery 14 years ago with silicone + septum cartilage. At the time I was reasonably satisfied, but as time passed I started noticing more and more things I wished were better. Especially the nostrils showing too much was what bothered me the most, and I kept thinking that I wanted the tip of my nose to be a bit smaller, so I finally decided on a revision. During the consultation, I honestly told the director everything I was unhappy about. I said I wanted to improve how much my nostrils show and reduce the size of the tip too. The director carefully examined the condition of my nose and said that if we lowered the columella and shaped the tip, it could be improved enough, so I went ahead with the surgery right away. After the surgery and once the swelling went down, I could really see the difference clearly! From the front, my nostrils aren’t showing as much as before, which I really like, and the tip of my nose also turned out much smaller and more refined than before. The side profile is also natural, and overall my nose feels more organized. This was my revision surgery after 14 years, and I’m so satisfied that I almost feel like I should have done it earlier. My nostrils showing was a complex for me, but after the surgery I definitely worry less about it, and I think my self-esteem went up too
