Because it is also a nose-specialized hospital and had so many recommendations, I went for a consultation. The manager was just a normal manager. Not particularly unfriendly, but nothing special either. I felt the director's consultation was very professional and thorough. Maybe because he has performed many nose surgeries as a nose specialist, he quickly caught the problems with my nose and the complaints I was feeling. I liked how clearly he explained the ways to fix them and what to watch out for. The explanation was specific, so I felt more trust from that too.
