I had an online consultation. From the reviews, it looks like quite a few people were hurt by the blunt, brief consultations despite the high consultation fee. In that sense, I think it was a good choice to have the online consultation. I spent a week thinking it over and submitted detailed questions I wanted answered, and they explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand based on that. They also accept follow-up questions.
