I think this might be helpful to 참고. I had both non-face-to-face and in-person consultations, and the remote consultation was explained carefully. At the in-person consultation, when I asked about things I was curious about, since nothing was fully finished yet and because it had only been a short time since the surgery, they said there was still swelling, etc. so they wouldn’t let me ask .. I was extremely upset. From the patient’s point of view, I paid quite a lot of money and went there for a consultation, but I was sent out in less than five minutes ㅎㅎ
