I had a non-face-to-face consultation. It was my first consultation for facial contouring, and I had it by video after a little under 2 weeks. During that time, I learned about the overall proportions of my face that I hadn't known about and the areas that needed surgery. What I usually worried about was different from what the doctor diagnosed, but after hearing the numerical explanations and the explanation that also considered sagging problems later on, I think the doctor's diagnosis was right. At other hospitals, there was one that recommended all 3 contouring procedures, but here they said only the cheekbones were needed and that my square jaw was actually smaller than average, and that a chin implant would be needed for my weak chin. It seems like a bigger operation than I expected, and because of the cost I need to think more about surgery, but I think a non-face-to-face consultation is definitely worth getting at least once.
