I couldn't fit in an in-person consultation because they were fully booked, so I paid 50,000 won for a remote consultation instead. (If I decide to have surgery after the remote consultation, I would have to do one more in-person consultation with Dr. Baek before surgery and pay an additional 50,000 won.) After waiting about 3 weeks, I received a video that was about 5 minutes long. It was a video based on the CT scan taken at the hospital, where Dr. Baek answered the list of questions I had prepared in advance, and it was better than I expected. The conclusion was that Dr. Baek told me I should not think about bone surgery anymore. He said even if I did it, I wouldn't get a big effect, I already have enough, and if I do it, my cheeks will sag and it will be a disaster. I was satisfied with the remote consultation itself, and I don't think the 50,000 won was wasted. But the friendliness of the reception staff and the consultation room manager does not even come close to half of the director's reputation. I think the service of the staff who answer the phones needs improvement.
