A few years ago I had surgery for a square jaw implant, Noble Cat, and aristocratic bone cement. I had contouring done at another hospital, but my chin tip didn't come out the way I wanted, and since they had already cut everything off, I was drawn in by the fact that they used 3D printing and went for a consultation. They also recommended Noble Cat, so even back then I ended up paying very expensively, around 9 million won. After the surgery I had a completely underbite-looking face, the cat procedure was also too much, so I looked like some alien monster, and they put in too much aristocratic material so my nose spread out. I cried every day and worried about it, and when I went back for follow-ups and told them, they said it was swelling and told me to wait, but by the one-month mark even he thought it looked strange, so he agreed to do it again. I asked them to remove Noble Cat completely, lower the aristocratic height, and reduce the chin as well. Even after the second surgery it was better than before, but it still felt awkward and strange compared to my original face, and it didn't have a pretty feeling, so in the end I paid another 3 million won for revision surgery and had it done again. During all this I was basically fighting with the doctor and the head coordinator, was treated like a troublemaker, and the director printed out photos of my facial bones and told me to draw exactly what I wanted so he could do it the same way. He said he'd do it exactly as drawn; a doctor telling a patient to draw it themselves and saying he'll do it that way, then saying I shouldn't say anything to him after that, is that even reasonable... In the end I drew it myself and had the aristocratic height lowered further for the revision. As a result, the chin tip is exactly as I designed it and I'm satisfied, but even with the aristocratic area lowered my nose is still widened. Still, I think if it were removed I'd get severe nasolabial folds, so it's not bad enough to bother removing, and I'm living with it. However, because of all the repeated surgeries, scar tissue formed inside my mouth, the space under the gums and under the chin got smaller, and now when I close my mouth I have dimples on my chin that I never had before. The doctor's personality is no joke. He kept speaking informally the whole time.. And honestly, if possible, I don't recommend Noble Cat. The surgical method and equipment are good, but the aesthetic sense seems lacking.. Maybe they've improved now that they've done a lot more of it.
