In the treatment room, the director took photos with a camera and then started treatment immediately. I was preparing for a third nose surgery, so I had always been dissatisfied that the dorsal hump had never been properly refined. He briefly explained what state my nose was currently in and did not recommend hump osteotomy. He said it would be better to just do a slight refinement, and although I wanted a straight nose, because my face is a bit long, he said a slightly straight-but-not-too-straight line would be better. He said my septum was deviated, so he would need to harvest autologous costal cartilage again. For the tip cartilage visibility, he said he would use dermis from the rib while harvesting the autologous costal cartilage. He kindly answered everything I asked and took a long time with the consultation. Overall, he was kind and the consultation was decent.
